Specialist, AML Compliance (German or French, Italian, Spanish Speaker) – Vilnius, Lithuania

Western Union powers your pursuit

Here in the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Subpoena Team, we fulfill global subpoena requests. We search for random identifiers requested and proved Law Enforcement high quality responses. We escalate some of these requests to help create reports based on Typology that can later be shared with Law Enforcement through reporting channels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct research for identifiers submitted for the completion of a subpoena/legal request.

  • Return results and possible escalation of typology requested subpoena/legal requests.

  • May need to contact law enforcement to obtain additional clarification.

  • Key components of job performance are quality, productivity and meeting weekly team goals.

Role Requirements

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to comb through large data sets.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Proficiency in German is highly preferred. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are also highly valued.

  • Knowledge of any of the following: Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, general and/or risk-based compliance is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Capable of working in a changing environment. Proficient computing skills with all common office programs (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Must be technically adept and able to be comfortable with systems for monitoring and reporting.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,531 – 2,041 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
