Vice President, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Consolidations & Governance
Location: Atlanta GA
We are seeking a strategic and experienced finance executive to lead our SEC reporting, regulatory reporting, financial consolidations, technical accounting, and governance functions. This highly visible leadership role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Company’s financial reporting while partnering with senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and key business stakeholders.
Success profile

Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and Proxy Statements.

Oversee financial reporting for earnings releases, investor presentations, and rating agency communications.

Direct monthly close, consolidations, foreign currency translation, and regulatory reporting activities.

Manage external audits, disclosure committee processes, SOX certifications, and Audit Committee materials.

Lead technical accounting research, policy development, and implementation of new accounting standards.

Oversee key corporate accounting areas, including investments, debt, stock compensation, employee benefits, capitalized software, and intercompany transactions.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and global reporting requirements.

Partner with Finance and Technology teams to strengthen reporting processes, controls, and financial systems.

Develop and lead a high-performing accounting and reporting team.
Role Requirements:

Active CPA required.
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master of Accountancy preferred.

10+ years of SEC reporting and technical accounting experience.

5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting and reporting teams.

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Experience with multinational operations, including foreign currency accounting and consolidations, is a must.

Familiarity with IFRS and international statutory reporting preferred.

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Blackline is a plus.

Travel may be required
Ideal Candidate
A collaborative and influential finance leader with strong technical accounting expertise, proven SEC reporting experience, and the ability to drive governance, compliance, and process excellence across a complex global organization.
