Employee engagement and culture teams

Diversity is also critical for driving innovation at Western Union.

Our global “Empower” teams engage employees and strengthen our work culture. They are supported by site business leaders to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, “culture of the customer”, community, and the environment.

Breaking diversity and inclusion barriers will also help advance our business objectives. This video highlights three of our programs: Women@WU, Black Advisory Council, and #WUPride.
