  • Manage the creative and brand review process, ensuring timely delivery of assets that meet brand and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure campaigns meet local and global requirements, including localization and stakeholder approvals.

  • Drive continuous improvement through structured experimentation: Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and share actionable insights.

  • Uphold quality across all customer communications through thorough checks of links, imagery, and copy.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record managing CRM campaigns, preferably across global or multi-market environments.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving projects forward.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence and collaborate across teams, and effectively prioritize competing needs.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled in data analysis, audience definition and segment creation, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful reporting and presentations.

  • Demonstrated English proficiency (advanced or fluent).

  • Self-starter with a “go-getter” mindset and enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or communication experience, ideally in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and/or Product Marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, Business, or related field.
