Specialist, Fraud Monitoring (Evening Shift) – Vilnius, Lithuania

You’ll work in our Digital Risk division, Digital Monitoring Team, and will monitor newly developed fraud patterns, perform analysis of high-risk transactions, and determine if transactions are fraudulent. The responsibilities might increase depending on business needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze digital transaction activity to identify potential fraud patterns.  

  • Conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity. 

  • Assess and recommend risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns. 

  • Recommend new and enhanced fraud monitoring reports and processes to continually improve fraud monitoring. 

  • Perform active supervision and manage his supervisor’s special projects and agenda.

  • Perform Quality Assurance Monitoring evaluations.

  • Work closely with other Digital teams to share fraud patterns and mitigation tactics.

  • Investigation and analysis of credit risks, working with guidelines established by the organization. 

  • Understand industry dynamics and trends to identify service & support products, opportunities and partnerships. 

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and an interest in applying them to fraud investigations, process improvement, and workflow optimization would be nice to have.

  • Be flexible and open to new responsibilities.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-3 years of analysis, reporting, or fraud monitoring experience; familiarity with Business Rule Management engines is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and deliver results.

  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a proactive, results-oriented approach; confidence in making decisions with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least basic SQL knowledge.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts from 14:00 to 22:30, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,031 – 2,708 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
