Il ruolo di Cassiere – Addetto alle vendite presso i negozi Maccorp Italiana S.r.l., parte di Western Union, situati a Serravalle Scrivia Outlet si occupa del servizio al cliente e della vendita dei nostri prodotti e servizi.
Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale, a contatto con una clientela internazionale.
Responsabilità del ruolo
- Vendita di prodotti e servizi: cambio valuta, money transfer, tax free, SIM telefoniche, biglietti ferroviari, tour e prodotti turistici.
- Offrire un servizio clienti eccellente
- Proporre vendite complementari quando possibile
- Fidelizzare la clientela
- Gestione del denaro e riconciliazione giornaliera
- Rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza
Requisiti del ruolo
- Diploma
- Esperienza nella gestione amministrativa della cassa e nella verifica delle transazioni finanziarie.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (una terza lingua è un plus)
- Spiccate doti relazionali e commerciali
- Esperienza nel servizio clienti, vendita o settore turistico preferibile
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e attitudine al problem solving
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità
- Permesso di soggiorno per lavoro
Orario di lavoro
Tempo pieno con turni a rotazione, inclusi weekend e giorni festivi.
