Role Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for DevOps & Release Management for the applications within Risk & Compliance
You will also –
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available environments using Infrastructure-as-Code
- Collaborate on incident resolution efforts related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Manage configuration automation using Ansible.
- Oversee certificate provisioning and management
- Work closely with application, security, and performance engineering teams to improve on-prem/cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in architecture and automation planning discussions.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for critical services.
- Participate in incident response and basic reliability practices.
- Document on-prem/cloud architectures, automation processes, and best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders (US, India, others) and delivering on the service level agreements
- Invest time daily on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions to technical challenges and make escalations as necessary.

Work Shift
Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
