Retail Specialist – Sydney, Australia

As a Retail Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, track performance through dashboards and incentive reports, manage pricing recommendations, and serve as the location champion handling budgets, vendor processes, and coordination with central teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of sales data, customer demographics, and geographic opportunities, including state‑level performance mapping.
  • Build Excel dashboards and KPI reports to track performance, including incentive monitoring.
  • Recommend pricing and promotion adjustments while coordinating closely with TSE/TSM teams.
  • Serve as the Own Location Champion by managing budgets, onboarding vendors, processing payments, and supporting new location openings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and TSE teams to execute campaigns, store branding, and provide business insights.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
