Manager, Global Communications – Quezon City, Philippines (Night Shift)
The Global Corporate Communications Manager leads strategy, content and governance for the company’s intranet and other digital platforms, ensuring employees worldwide have access to timely, relevant and engaging information.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of all digital platform communications, including emails, digital screens, screensavers, newsletters and intranet
- Manage the strategic launch of Western Union’s intranet optimization in partnership with project team and vendors.
- Partner closely with corporate and business unit leaders to translate strategy into clear communications, oversees day‑to‑day intranet management and drives continuous improvement through data and user insights.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards while evolving the intranet as a primary channel for employee engagement and organizational alignment.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
- You must have at least 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research, and/or Corporate Communications.
- 1-2 years of video production and basic graphic design experience
- Role operates on Mountain Time, U.S. night‑shift hours.
Work Shift
Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
