Technical Analyst, Marketing Technologies – Santa Ana, Costa Rica

In this role, you will focus on working cross-functionally and cross-regionally, the individual will deliver and enable successful use of marketing technologies that drive incremental business impact. This includes active management of app attribution, paid search bidding management, SEO natural search, and app store optimization platforms, all with the goal of enabling country and regional leaders to successfully execute ecommerce, search, and performance marketing activities. The successful candidate will partner with the web analytics team to ensure a unified customer view and attribution is delivered and maintained. Success will be measured by ability to execute, alignment with regional business and revenue goals, and ability to increase margin through operational efficiencies.
Role Responsibilities
- Support team in the assessment of new and existing marketing solutions to provide recommendations on technology adoption,
- Provide subject matter expertise on current marketing stack across the organization,
- Drive efficiency in marketing spend by leveraging proper analytics and reporting instrumentation and socializing with internal teams.
- Review and QA marketing technology for new country rollouts,
- Liaise with technical web analytics team, engineering, product, ad agency and in-country stakeholders,
- Recommend, implement and obtain business alignment regarding platform enhancements (including but not limited to new Ad Tech and MarTech stack, AI, fraud detection rules, etc.).
- Manage and configure Appsflyer Business Manager, including OneLink setup for app attribution
- Liaise with development team to implement and maintain Firebase integrations for app analytics and event tracking.
- Support Google Campaign Manager operations, including Floodlight tag setup and troubleshooting
- Configure and optimize app events and analytics. Manage sensitive data feeds to Facebook, Google, and other media properties
- Help evaluate and implement emerging technologies that drive business impact; can include onboarding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and multi-touch marketing attribution (MTA) platforms, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently studying a career in related fields is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Media/Creative agency account management or client relationship management.
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills (Level B2+)
- Basic skills with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Power Point.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and AppsFlyer would be a plus.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills are essential to manage multiple requests efficiently and deliver results, even in complex scenarios.
- This role requires excellent communication abilities, a global mindset, and strong customer service skills to build relationships and manage expectations across teams.
