Role Responsibilities 

Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high‑performing engineering team building secure, scalable, and compliant financial technology platforms. This role is ideal for a leader with deep full‑stack engineering expertise (Java, Spring Boot, Angular), strong AWS cloud proficiency, and proven delivery experience in an agile environment. Experience with payments, financial services platforms, and/or Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) is desirable.

You will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy, driving modernization, and delivering capabilities that support mission‑critical financial products used by customers at scale.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a full‑stack engineering team in an agile environment.
  • Drive technical strategy, system design, and cloud‑native architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of secure, compliant fintech applications (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Partner with product, architecture, and cross‑functional teams to deliver business‑critical features.
  • Collaborate with architects and product leads to define technical roadmaps and long‑term platform evolution.
  • Promote engineering best practices: CI/CD, automation, test driven development, observability, monitoring/alerting, reliability, and cloud scalability.
  • Communicate risks, milestones, and technical decisions to leadership and stakeholders.

Role Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields with 10+ years in software engineering; OR equivalent work experience. 
  • 4+ years managing teams.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Java/Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS.
  • Proven delivery in fintech or other regulated/high‑availability environments.
  • Strong agile leadership and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with payments, payment integrations, or transaction‑heavy systems.
  • Exposure to ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management & Billing) or similar billing platforms.
  • Knowledge of PCI‑DSS, secure coding, and fintech compliance.
  • AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps certification.

Work Shift

Salary

Annual base salary range is $110,000 – 135,000 USD per year.  Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and both short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
