Role Responsibilities

• Receipt and approval of invoices (rent, expenses, supplier payments, utility bills)
• Preparation of provisions and accounting records (ADI's)
• Preparation of P&Y.
• Creation and tracking of purchase orders.
• Other support and/or required activities.

Role Requirements

• High school diploma or student in administration/economics/systems engineering.
• 1 year of experience in budgeting and logistics.
• Intermediate level in Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of Power Bi will be nice to have.
• Intermediate English is preferred for this role.
• We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
