Product Analyst – Pune, India

In this role you will work as a member of the Digital Product team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide business and product decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and define requirements during product development
  • Write and elaborate the features and user stories to enhance the product experience
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to deliver insights that can enhance product performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Create, maintain and update dashboards and reports to track key product metrics of new product launches and feature updates.
  • Build a thorough understanding of Western Union’s customer journey to deep dive into various performance metrics, identifying customer pain points and product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to take informed product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication on product delivery and performance.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or an MBA.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in product management as a product analyst, product owner.
  • Preferably relevant experience in payment domain
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, and data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
