This role is responsible for managing Talent Acquisition processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is a proven inspirational people manager, and a strategic problem-solver with a passion for Talent Acquisition administration, process efficiency, and improvement.
They will play a key role in ensuring our Talent Acquisition function operates smoothly and effectively on a scale.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, develop, and engage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators supporting global recruitment teams.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure accountability for operational KPIs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest scalable solutions to improve recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experiences.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, etc.) to align TA operations with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies.
- Monitor stakeholder satisfaction feedback and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Role Requirements:
- 6-8 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or similar Human Resources functions in people management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of global hiring processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS administration, in which working with Workday is required.
- Good understanding and ability to navigate through other recruiting related tools like Paradox, CRMs, Assessment tools, etc.
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills; implementing process automation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in TA metrics, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
