In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests for web applications and maintain and enhance the test automation framework. This will involve collaborating with development, product, and testing teams to ensure the high quality of Western Union products. We will be looking for you to work with the manual testing team to automate new and existing UI test scenarios.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications.

• Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.

• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure high software quality.

• Work with the manual testing team to automate UI test scenarios.

• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium.

• Support Agile development methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Utilize BDD methodologies with Cucumber or similar frameworks.

• Ensure test coverage, reliability, and efficiency in automation efforts.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in test automation, software development, or a related role.

• Strong programming experience with Java (other languages are a plus).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience implementing and maintaining automation frameworks with Selenium.

• Familiarity with Agile (SAFe, Scrum) software development practices.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,092 – 3,091 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
