Role Responsibilities

Proactively conduct performance analysis by gathering insights and making data-driven decisions, contributing to the overall Partner’s strategy.

Develop a robust Partner performance management framework to evaluate Partners accurately, as well as identify underperforming Partners and areas for improvement.

Oversee capacity management for complex Western Union functions.

Develop, manage and implement strategies and programs to manage expenses and performance of vendors, including KPIs, metrics, and scorecards.

Partner with Finance to develop and monitor departmental plans and forecasts.

Manage key department projects, drive efficiencies and plan key internal department meetings and events.

Lead a team of Workforce and Data Analysts.
Role Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management.
-
7 years of progressive related leadership experience in Contact Center Operations and/or Workforce Management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis and insights.

Proven experience in taking a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.

Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 4,625 – 6,783 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
