In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of operating plan and forecast modeling, detailed business analysis and reporting in support of business operations and key initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Serves as tactical, day to day business partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive finance support to business teams including profitability analysis, initiative performance and cost control.
- Plays a pivotal role in developing the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts and guiding the business towards revenue, expense and profit goals.
- Analyzes business risks and opportunities and recommends action plans.
- Develops and refines financial models and analysis to support a changing business environment.
- Detailed and organized in providing planning direction and guidance to business teams. Identifies and implements process improvement ideas within area of responsibility.
- Cross-functional contributor on business and CFO projects.
- Performs supervisory responsibilities inherent in a managerial role.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math or Computer Science
- Strong excel modeling skills, SQL, Oracle Hyperion Essbase database and analytical skills preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance

Salary
The base salary range is $95,000 – $127,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
