In this role you will be part of the global End User Computing (EUC) team that works directly with Western Union employees across EMEA region. You will help out with various tasks through Service Now ticketing system, collaboration with other teams, like Tier 1 and Tier 3 IT Support and by ensuring best experience of our team clients.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • You’ll consult end-users to assist in determining hardware, software, or system specifications, modify systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.

  • Evaluation and integration of new hardware configurations and support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals will be a part of your daily duties.

  • You’ll also assist in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications and various End User related systems.

  •  You'll support Windows, Mac OS workstations and various smart mobile devices, respond to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of modern technology releases, perform new PC installations, troubleshoot issues, and repair software.
     

Role Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and solid experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.

  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory as well as experience with device management and software deployment tools (i.e., Tanium, IBM Endpoint Manager a.k.a. BigFix), and various mobile smart devices enterprise support experience together with mobile devices management systems like MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.

  •  Understanding Mac OS in an enterprise environment would be an advantage.

  • It’s also important to have proven customer support experience and understanding of business processes.

  •  Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian language skills.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,091 – 3,091 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
