Associate Analyst, Business Cadance and Governance – Costa Rica

We’re looking for you to support the planning, design, documentation, execution, and management of Business Cadence and Communication activities for the Marketing and Digital team.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Process and project management including calendar for weekly/monthly business review contributions, editing, formatting and modification of documentation as needed.
  • SharePoint and Intranet (internal page for employees) content management.
  • Schedule and support team communications via newsletters, intranet, email, all hands and other channels.  Contribute to creating communications.
  • New hire welcome/onboarding for Marketing and Digital team.
  • Leading business cadence related communications, monitoring action items, ensuring necessary assets are created and validated across cross-functional teams/key stakeholders.
  • Help to prioritize work driven by the Chief Marketing Officer Calendar, support regular corporate briefings business reviews, executive reviews, touchpoints that connect teams on a timely basis, etc.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in in business administration, project management, communications or related. Certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • 2+ years of communication or Project Management experience.  
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable speaking with leadership and strong written communication (English language) and extremely organized.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, exceptional PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong people management skills to be able to communicate, and collaborate with the team members.
