This role is the key to analyze QA data, participate in various projects related to Quality Assurance initiatives and contribute by identifying, designing, and implementing required actions to ensure high Quality Standards across Global Operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Run Business as usual data processes and recurring QA reporting based on set requirements.
  • Assisting team’s daily workflow and utilize a variety of tools (Excel, PowerBi, SQL, Visual Analytics, Snowflake) and data sets to gather, evaluate and drive analytical insights for Global Operations, Partner sites and Quality Assurance.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to Global/Partner Operations and QA Specialists, Supervisors, and Managers. Expected to contribute to the development and implementation of new Quality Assurance processes and tools, including integration of new technologies.
  • Recommend key metrics for performance and process improvements and develop/maintain the reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track metrics from multiple data sources.
  • Build and manage data tools to enable global teams and management to measure performance. Trouble shooting issues and continuous improvement to create efficiency.
  • Owning the updating of data sources and applying sampling solutions.
  • Engaging in problem solving sessions to make recommendations on Business-as-usual reporting improvements and changes to implement solutions. Whilst considering data quality and governance.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or be a student in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar with 1+ year of experience of relevant data analysis, operations. Experience in Quality Assurance as advantage.
  • Data Analytics Course Certifications as advantage
  • Knowledge in Excel, PowerBi, SQL, Visual Analytics, Snowflake. Cloud based technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience at analyzing large volumes of complex data and information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Important skills requirement: customer focus, analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management, communication skills (written and spoken), critical thinking and adaptability in the dynamic context.
