Better starts and ends with the customer
You will be working from a prospect database, calling back incoming requests, making initial qualifying calls to small or mid-size enterprises prospects gathering relevant information and recording in our system. Your role will be vital in presenting Western Union Business Solutions value proposition and booking an appointment with the key decision-maker for the Business Development Managers. You will be also supporting the Sales teams for the onboarding of the clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

Fluent in French and good level in English

Excellent communication and listening skills

Interest in the financial market or payment sector

Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ideally, degree level educated
This role is a 1-year work/study training contract.
