Better requires process discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to prepare all tax compliance for complex separate company federal and state income tax filings that include quarterly estimates, extensions and tax returns. You will assist with review of less complicated separate company filings.  You’ll be tasked with preparing annual tax provision workpapers for complex entities that include tax basis balance sheets.  You will prepare monthly tax account reconciliations and assist with quarterly intercompany collapse process.

For such a detail-oriented role, you will have at least 4 years of corporate tax preparation, specifically in US federal and state income tax return compliance for large corporations. You will have obtained your bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. You’ll be a strong communicator and savvy with Microsoft Excel. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,192.21 –121,476.45. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
