Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be expecting you to assist with daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting by performing financial and economics business-related analysis. This includes various data collection, summarizing and reconciliation. You’ll also provide backup support to financial analysts as requested, and you’ll make a difference by assisting in financial projects such as planning and forecasting. So, you’ll build sales forecast and develop predictive models. You’ll research, collect and analyze statistics. Also, you’ll track all sales KPIs & identify deviations, you’ll in charge of pricing analysis and business cases evaluations and recommendations. You’ll design and develop presentations. Besides, you’ll support the CEO, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Finance & Operations areas.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (preferably) or related. A Master’s degree in Economics or Finance is a plus.
• 2/3-year experience in economics, finance or controlling areas in multinational companies, retail channels or in consulting firms, agencies.
• Management of large volumes of data. It’s required strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make sense out of data.
• Analytical, organized, and methodical. Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manipulate data and create targeted analysis for stakeholders: the Information is referral to the agents’ operations.
• Desirable knowledge in the following systems: QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau and/or Esbasse. It’s desirable knowledge of Stata or others statistical / economics software.
• Teamwork attitude.
• Advanced Excel.
