We’re a FinTech that’s using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. We’re a team of over 10,000 people spanning 200 countries and territories. We believe when money moves, better things happen.
Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
You’ll play a key role in reducing the potential for money laundering, using the established strategies of your department. This will involve being able to develop, implement, and enforce new procedures to reduce risk. In addition, you’ll be a team player, providing crucial assistance to department management across the board to establish key goals and initiatives. In addition to monitoring the progress and job performance of your own staff, you’ll also be required to coordinate activities with other department managers, when needed. Agility and adaptability are essential, as you’ll be taking on additional responsibilities as your role evolves.
Ideally degree-educated, with at least 3+ years of retail/consumer financial services experience, you’ll also be well-versed in anti-money laundering regulations within the banking/financial services industry. You’ll need a proven track record of moderately complex problem-solving and decision-making, as well as demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
