Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts and partnerships. You’ll be expected to create and execute a portfolio strategy to ensure overachievement of targets to drive long-term growth. You’ll need to develop a deep knowledge of our client’s business and their objectives to increase client satisfaction, brand optimization and revenue growth. You’ll identify and drive upsell opportunities to maximize client performance through a consultative sales approach.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring key account management experience with strategic clients in combination with a strong commercial focus, and a proven track record in attaining/exceeding revenue targets. Knowledge of financial markets, and experience in foreign exchange or cross-border payments is also highly desirable. You’ll be motivated, detail-orientated and comfortable in a fast-paced and target driven environment, where change is embraced in order to continuously improve as an organization and for the benefit of our customers.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
