The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition leads a high‑performing recruiting team responsible for delivering top talent across India. This role oversees end‑to‑end recruiting strategy and execution for diverse roles, with a strong focus on technology – ensuring the organization is staffed to meet current and future business needs.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of HR issues related to hiring and experience working across multiple countries and cultures. This leader manages complex recruiting challenges, drives operational excellence, and builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders including senior business leaders and across the wider HR organization.
Role Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 recruiters supporting hiring India (Pune and Hyderabad)

Establish operating objectives, work plans, and KPIs; delegate assignments and ensure high performance against goals.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑accountability culture focused on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experiences.

Manage full‑cycle recruiting and selection activities for internal and external candidates across all job levels and functions.

Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.

Oversee processes for talent attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management.

Identify and cultivate diverse talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with external sources, including search firms, staffing agencies, universities, and industry networks.

Oversee the design, placement, and optimization of employment branding and recruitment advertising.

Apply expert understanding of HR issues related to staffing models, co‑employment risk, and contractor usage.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring practices, and company policies across multiple countries and regions. Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to understand talent needs, workforce trends, and organizational priorities.

Provide thought leadership and insights into market conditions, candidate behavior, and regional talent dynamics.

Interact effectively with senior‑level internal and external stakeholders, representing the organization’s talent acquisition function with professionalism and expertise.

Drive process enhancements, technology utilization, and data‑driven decision‑making within the recruiting function.

Monitor metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Manage complex issues requiring deep knowledge of talent acquisition, HR, and company strategy.
Role Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of in-house recruitment experience with demonstrated success managing complex business groups, ideally with some experience of executive recruitment

Minimum of 5 years of people‑leadership experience, ideally leading multi‑country or regionally dispersed recruiting teams.

Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Deep knowledge of employment regulations, compliance requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.

Fluency in English required
