Assistant Manager, LACA Product Analytics & Optimization  – Mexico City

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive product analytics, production quality management, and experience optimization for our LACA digital experience. In this role, you will help identify, surface, and resolve critical issues across the customer journey to ensure stability, improve funnel performance, and improve the experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with regional product leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and world-class customer experience.  

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Functional testing and issue identification: perform thorough user – facing testing across the LACA experience (mobile / web) to proactively identify and surface issues.  

  • Issue triage and resolution: report, prioritize, and support resolution of critical issues, working closely with engineering and operations teams.  

  • Error monitoring and stability management: monitor error spikes in production, coordinate timely fixes, and safeguard customer experience stability.  

  • End to end  experience improvements: drive improvements to the customer experience (from inception through execution) based on analytics and hypothesis testing, not only fixing the root cause of the problem, but taking the customer experience to the next level  

  • Funnel performance tracking: track funnel metrics to measure stability, identify conversion issues, and recommend quick wins and scalable improvements.  

  • Analytics and insights collaboration: partner with the LACA Regional Product Lead to generate funnel analytics and insights that guide prioritization and optimization efforts.  

  

Role Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, quality assurance, or related discipline, with a focus on digital products (mobile / web) and/or business data analyst / Consultant 

  • Proven ability to test, identify, and resolve issues in live production environments.  

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis and performance tracking.  

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product leadership.  

  • Capable of preparing cost benefit analysis and documenting business cases.  

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to balance proactive issue detection with long-term platform and product stability goals.
