Role Responsibilities

Do you enjoy planning for the future and ensuring that available resources are fit for purpose? Would you like to utilize your skills to help us optimize our Workforce Management function? Then it’s time to join Western Union as a Workforce Scheduler.

  • You will be part of the Global Workforce Management team, which is responsible for workload forecasting, staff capacity planning, scheduling and real-time performance monitoring.

  • You will also focus on delivering great customer experience and ensure long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.

  • Continuously analyzing current performance, taking note of recent historical trends and conducting real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans.

  • Collaboration with other Operational teams to achieve service level goals and business objectives.

  • Producing call volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

  • Generating and evaluating staffing schedules, ensuring data is updated in the scheduling system.

  • Creating staffing models and providing recommendations based on analysis.

  • Comparing results to forecasts and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Performing any other related duties.

Role Requirements

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.

  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.

  • Experience in a call center or Operations is preferred.

Work Shift 

Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is 2,125 – 3,116 EUR gross monthly, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies. 

Other Details
