In this global role, you will lead the operational intelligence, insights, and analytics function supporting our Finance Operations, digital payments infrastructure, digital bank, and B2C Digital & B2B Retail Debt Collections. You will deliver meaningful data insights, advanced analytics, and operational performance reporting that drive strategic decision-making and global optimization initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional global and regional teams in a dynamic environment to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers, agents, and business partners.
Role Responsibilities

Lead the operational intelligence, analytics, and reporting function supporting multiple global digital & retail finance operations teams.

Drive operational readiness activities for digital payments, digital banking, and B2C Digital & B2B Retail collections, ensuring smooth implementation and execution of new processes or enhancements.

Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of operational performance and lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.

Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes within the scope of finance operations.

Lead Continuous Improvement efforts and drive Intelligent Process Automation initiatives across the operational landscape.

Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Role Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in the financial services or digital payments industry.
-
5+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in analytics, operations intelligence, or digital operations.

MBA or Master’s degree in Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
-
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing, multi-regional teams.

Strong knowledge of the global digital payments ecosystem, including Payment Gateways, Acquirers, Processors, and Card Associations.

Proficiency with analytical and technical tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, R-Studio, Snowflake, Big Data platforms, Machine Learning concepts, AI, JIRA, and Scrum.

Experience with process automation platforms (Power Automate and/or UiPath) is highly desired.

Exposure to Visa/Mastercard dispute resolution processes is considered a plus.

AI for Business certifications and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable.
