In this unique global role, we’ll be looking to you to lead a team responsible for one of the settlement functions.
Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring workload and resource allocation, priority setting, and escalated issues are handled correctly by the team.

Monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring necessary changes are implemented to meet all KPIs.

Ensuring payments to partners, payments application, and reconciliation processes are managed correctly by the team.

Conducting regular reviews and confirmations to ensure team processes are compliant and efficient.

Overseeing the initiation and coordination of improvement initiatives and representing settlement operations in relevant projects and initiatives.

Ensuring financial reporting and approvals for accounting and audit purposes are accurate and timely.

Facilitating communication and collaboration between business operations and support departments such as Accounting, Treasury, and Technical teams.

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement are provided.
Role Requirements
-
1-2 years’ experience in People management.
-
Experience in Payment, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Settlement Operations area or degree in a similar field.

English required, written and verbal.

Sound communication, problem-solving, and training skills.
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
-
Customer-orientated approach.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,562– 3,758 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
