As a Specialist, Fraud Operations, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of fraud‑monitoring activities across assigned platforms. You will review transactions, identify potential risks, and support investigations to protect customers and maintain compliance with established fraud‑prevention frameworks. In this role you will be working in rotational shifts and conduct real-time analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to fraud patterns.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify emerging fraud trends and proactively implement measures to prevent potential fraud losses.
- Assess new fraud patterns and recommend updates or adjustments to risk‑decision rules to enhance fraud‑detection effectiveness.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of customer account information in alignment with established organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Adapt to evolving business needs, with responsibilities expanding based on operational priorities and fraud‑risk requirements.
What we require:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Working experience in at least one of the following areas: Fraud monitoring, risk assessment, finance, compliance or statistics.
- Intermediate – Advanced MS Excel.
- Intermediate – Advanced SQL programming.
- Strong English skills (written and verbal).
- Work schedule flexibility (may include evening and/or night hours).
- Understanding financial services & products, industry dynamics & trends.
- Relevant experience in analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Be confident in making logical decisions under low supervision.
