We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As the Solution Architect in the Solution Engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to work across different team and build integration/orchestration services, while also mentoring and providing help to other junior Engineers.      

Role Responsibilities  

• Software architecture, design, development and software configuration management
• Work independently on complex projects.
• Monitor on-going risks and provide solutions to technical challenges, drive process improvements & code optimization. Support resource planning
• Emphasize customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development.
• Partner with key stakeholders, onshore and offshore, to deliver on the service level agreements
• Analyze organizations systems and business models and identify potential solutions for requirements or problems. Where potential solutions include (but are not limited to): enhancements to existing systems, development of new systems, designing user interfaces, designing databases, data flows, data dictionaries, alternative or new workflows, hardware or technology upgrade.
• Translate/analyze requirements and document and communicate detailed solution approach by using suitable tools, techniques, templates and diagrams.
• Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates.
• Responsible for migration of assigned platforms and processes as per project timelines
• Collaborate in the testing and quality assurance by reviewing test strategy and scenarios, communicating with vendors, software developers, testers, network and server administrators, to ensure quality assurance.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, business and partners as needed    

Role Requirements  

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of demonstrated software development experience with focus on software architecture, design & development
• Have a passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn a new business domain
• Hands-on experience in designing/working with medium to large complex applications.
• Experience developing a common architecture vision with IT and line of business leaders
• Extensive system design experience in business event-driven transactions.
• Strong knowledge of React, Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, NextJS and GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and experience in developing cloud-based Java applications in AWS
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps tools.
• Strong Knowledge of API design and development including and Web API.
• Strong Knowledge of Application design using Domain Driven Design
• Strong Knowledge on DB administration and schema management experience
• Strong Knowledge on code control (e.g., GIT).
• Actual hands-on experience on PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• DB administration and schema management experience
• Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles and partners globally
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results.
• Experience in financial services and business practices
