Front Desk Representative
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them with a friendly smile and providing guidance and assistance throughout their visit. From processing transactions to addressing inquiries, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer experience is positive and memorable. As you demonstrate proficiency in your responsibilities and show a commitment to excellence, you may have the chance to take on additional responsibilities.
- Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with Western Union standards
- Perform money transfer transactions
- Verify customer identity and ensure full compliance with KYC/AML regulations
- Manage daily operations through internal systems and service platforms
- Support the delivery of additional service channels offered at the store, including those introduced in partnership with third-party providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform administrative tasks as needed
- Occasionally support marketing activities, such as handing out flyers, participating in local events or promotional campaigns, when requested and planned in advance
- Assisting customers and DHL, UPS couriers with sending and receiving parcels via DHL; scanning parcel barcodes; entering shipment data into the DHL and UPS system;
Role Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal. Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills combined with customer orientated approach.
- Customer service and cash management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar area would be considered an advantage. We will consider final-year students too.
Work Shift

Salary
The on-target earnings range is 1,240 – 1,860 EUR per month, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
