  • Vendita di prodotti e servizi (cambio valuta, money transfer, tax free, SIM telefoniche, biglietti ferroviari, tour e prodotti turistici)

  • Offrire un servizio clienti eccellente

  • Proporre vendite complementari quando possible

  • Fidelizzare la clientele

  • Gestione del denaro e riconciliazione giornaliera

  • Rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza

Requisiti del Ruolo

  • Diploma o laurea

  • Necessaria ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (una terza lingua è un plus)

  • Permesso di soggiorno per motivi di lavoro

  • Spiccate doti relazionali e commerciali

  • Esperienza nel servizio clienti, vendita o settore turistico preferibile

  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e attitudine al problem solving

  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità

Role Responsibilities
As a Front-Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing sales of our products and services. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, interacting with international clients. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.

  • Sell currency exchange and related services (money transfers, tax-free services, SIM cards, railway tickets, tours, and travel products)

  • Deliver excellent, customer-focused service

  • Suggest additional products or services where appropriate

  • Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Handle company funds and daily reconciliation

  • Comply with security and loss prevention procedures

Role Requirements

  • Diploma or degree

  • Fluency in Italian and English essential (knowledge of a third language is a plus)

  • Visa/residence permit for work is essential

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or tourism is preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively

  • Team-oriented and flexible work schedules

Schedule
Full-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Shift
