About the Role:  

As an Inside Sales Analyst, you will work closely with our account management and new business teams, playing a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to boost sales and strengthen a profitable retail network. This internally focused position involves developing and deploying initiatives to drive revenue growth across all clients and product streams. 

Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, shaping pricing strategies, evaluating agent performance, and monitoring competitor activity. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency are essential for making data-driven recommendations and implementing corrective actions to achieve optimal results. 

Key Requirement: 

Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and support activities in French-speaking markets. 

 

Role Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze Market Dynamics: Understand market trends, growth opportunities, and the competitive landscape to propose pricing strategies that deliver long-term customer value and revenue growth. 

  • Evaluate Agent Performance: Monitor and assess agent results, providing actionable recommendations and remediation plans to drive improvement. 

  • Validate New Locations: Conduct thorough analysis of market data and potential opportunities to support decisions on new site openings. 

  • Optimize Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales results, making data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability. 

  • Drive Pricing Initiatives: Take proactive measures on pricing proposals and incentive programs to generate sustainable growth. 

  • Support Strategic Meetings: Assist in key new business and regional meetings by delivering data, insights, and compelling proof points. 

  • Produce Network Analysis: Prepare network performance reports for new business opportunities and support Sales teams during client engagements. 

  • Manage Incentives & Intelligence: Coordinate agent incentive programs, monitor competitor activity, and develop responsive strategies. 

  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously track competitor insights and market developments, recommending strategies to maintain a strong business position. 

 

Role Requirements:  

  • 1–3 years in a similar role, ideally within sales analytics, business analysis, or pricing in the retail banking or payments industry. 

  • Ability to interpret data and identify market opportunities, driving actionable insights. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. 

  • Proven capability to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations. 

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a strong “go-getter” attitude. 

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential.
