Personalization & Engagement Product Manager
US – Denver
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Personalization & Engagement PM to drive behavior-driven experiences across our digital ecosystem. You’ll own next-best-action campaigns, targeted offers, and personalized content across the Content Network, Deals, Loyalty program, and Home Page Dashboard, collaborating closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams

Define and execute personalization and engagement strategies across multiple digital experiences.

Design and manage targeted campaigns and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and customer behavior.

Partner with horizontal PMs (Content, Deals, Loyalty, Dashboard) to ensure personalized interventions align with the overall user experience.

Collaborate with the CMS/platform team to implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.

Use analytics and experimentation to measure campaign impact and optimize performance.
Requirements

5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns.

Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards).

Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions.

Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions.

Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs.
Work Shift
HYBRID – Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.

Salary
The base salary range is $120,000 – $150,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
