In this role you will contribute to the effectiveness of operations by combining expertise on procedures and concepts of own operational responsibilities with an understanding of how those responsibilities integrate with the broader goals of the business unit and company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution of high-priority escalations involving complex or sensitive issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and effective outcomes.

  • Support the enforcement of compliance protocols and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies through data-

  • Maintain transparent and professional communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to foster trust and ensure alignment on compliance matters.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing operational workflows and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance outcomes.

Role Requirements

  • Compliance & Due Diligence Experience: Prior experience in compliance or global due diligence, with knowledge of AML-related issues.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex data, identify risks, and propose actionable solutions.

  • Interpersonal & Influencing Skills: Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities across diverse teams and leadership levels.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Conflict Resolution & Decision-Making: Skilled in navigating conflict and making sound decisions under pressure.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

  • Attention to Detail & Confidentiality: High level of accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive or regulated information.

  • Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
