In this role, you’ll lead a regional payroll team based in Dublin, managing outsourced vendor relationships and ensuring seamless payroll delivery across EMEA. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams globally, aligning systems and processes to support our people and business goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize relationships with outsourced payroll vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Oversee complex payrolls across countries including Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, UAE, and the UK.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to align payroll with broader business needs.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment.
  • Prepare and review complex payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Drive improvements in payroll systems, processes, and vendor performance.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong track record of leading regional teams.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing global payroll vendors.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with payroll implementations and integrations (e.g. time tracking, absence management).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.
