As an Associate Business Analyst, you’ll help improve and develop the internal IT systems that keep our business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with teams like Settlement Accounting and Operations and act as the link between them and our IT developers. Your job is to make sure business needs are understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively. This role covers the full IT service lifecycle – from gathering requirements to testing and ongoing support – with a strong focus on internal projects and collaboration.
Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with Settlement Operations, Accounting and Credit teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and data models.

Act as a trusted liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Drive continuous improvement of internal IT systems for efficiency and scalability.

Support project managers in planning and delivering IT initiatives.

Apply ITIL principles to enhance service lifecycle management.

Participate in system testing, UAT and post-implementation reviews.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in Settlement/Accounting.

Strong IT-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly.

Open-mindedness and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams.

Fluency in English language and ability to work independently, proactivity.

Ability to understand, prioritize and manage multiple business requirements from internal stakeholders.

Passion for delivering excellence throughout the entire IT service lifecycle.

Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Visio is an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2166 – 4016 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
