Account Development Executive – Hessen, Germany
The Account Development Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets across the assigned territory through new agent acquisition and increasing same-store sales.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for Independent agents, including presenting the full product portfolio where relevant.
- Prospect, negotiate, and sign contracts with new agents.
- Collect required documentation and submit complete onboarding packages.
- Drive the activation process and provide training to new locations.
- Focus on ramp-up of new locations to ensure they reach full revenue potential.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing agents to drive same-store sales.
- Conduct regular visits to high-performing locations and proactively address issues within the network.
- Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue performance across all locations in the territory.
- Oversee the full agent lifecycle for all Independent agents in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of experience.
- Previous experience in customer-facing sales or service roles, particularly within consumer products or financial services, is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.
- Proven ability to gain the trust and confidence of clients.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region; valid driving license required.
- Fluency in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with or interest in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or surrounding regions is advantageous.
