Role Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts while also developing new Western Union agents, in the southern and Southeastern regions of Netherlands including Rotterdam and Eindhoven. You’ll lead business development activities across your territory, which will involve extensive travel

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agent partners, supporting them to optimize performance and grow their business.

  • Activating additional locations for existing agents

  • Handling recertification, banking changes, credit limits, and tech upgrades

  • Branding and POS-level pricing/commission adjustments

  • Collaborating with inside sales teams

  • Driving same-store sales

  • Supporting new business lead generation

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Western Union agents, providing day-to-day support and ensuring a smooth partnership experience and customer service levels.

  • This is a field based role with approximately 80% travel to locations in Southern and Southeastern regions of the Netherlands

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales, in Money Transfer

  • School diploma required; degree preferred

  • Advanced communication and technical skills

  • Relationship building, commercial acumen

  • Strong sales mindset, negotiation, and project management abilities

  • Ability to navigate internal processes and deliver agent training

  • Fluent in Dutch & English
