The Senior Manager, Site Strategy & Governance supports the Site Leader in shaping strategy, driving governance, strengthening culture, and ensuring clear communications. This role provides executive-level partnership to the Site Leader, ensuring alignment with global priorities while enabling local engagement. The Senior manager serves as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador, fostering an inclusive environment where employees thrive and business outcomes are achieved.

Role Responsibilities

  • Governance & Compliance: Lead site governance frameworks, ensuring policies, risk management, and compliance align with corporate standards.
  • Strategic Leadership: Translate the Site Leader’s vision into actionable strategies, manage key initiatives, and represent leadership in critical forums.
  • Communications: Drive clear, consistent internal and external communications that reinforce culture and engagement.
  • Employee Experience: Champion an inclusive, high-performing environment through engagement programs and data-driven insights.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify process improvements, enhance efficiency, and maintain business continuity readiness.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in strategy, operations management and corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record in governance, strategic planning, employee engagement, and change leadership.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cultural leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver impact in a dynamic environment.
