This role will be responsible of the enrollment approval, system configuration and maintenance of new/existing US & Canada agents in company’s systems, through a process that involves extensive coordination with various global functional units such as Finance, Legal, Field Operations, Systems, Treasury, etc.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyst performance will have a direct impact on Western Union ability to perform operations based on the changes to the databases as well as funding implications on the agent’s reconciliation process.
  • Legal Implications for the Western Union are directly connected to the accurate analysis and account creation performed by the analyst.
  • Works closely with stakeholders, business analysts, systems programmers, and application developers to define and resolve data flow and content issues.
  • Comply with company’s KPIs (SLA, Lead Time, Time on Task, Volume).

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a technical background.
  • Previous experience within an Operations, Sales or Customer support role.
  • Analytical skills, ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with customer support platforms and analytics tools.
  • Identifying the underlying Cause of a Problem, approach with solutions to prevent its reoccurrence. It encourages the team and leaders to step back from the traditional approach of fixing problems, and instead, work on finding a way to prevent them.
  • Communication and reading skills, assertive, people oriented, customer oriented, fast adapt to changes.
  • Advanced English level is required.
