In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of the Digital Business Intelligence team. Your role will encompass making a direct impact on marketing initiatives by working collaboratively with other business units and regional marketing and cross-functional stakeholders (product, risk, and operations).
Role Responsibilities
- It would be a role in which you would have to analyze the digital product end-to-end, considering the different variables of the transactions and understanding customer behavior.
- Performs all analytical support needed to improve effectiveness of customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and retention initiatives.
- Routinely engages in quantitative analysis on many non-standard and unique businesses.
- Develops appropriate programming code and/or work with other developers and database administrators to prepare appropriate data tables for analysis.
- Analyzes, models, validates data for standard and ad hoc requests.
- Also responsible for supporting the set-up and execution of valid measurement plans based on Design of Experiment methodologies.
Role Requirements
- A bachelor’s in business administration; industrial engineering or related degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant business, data analytics, or consumer insights experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and SQL management is a must.
- Experience with Power Bi, Python and R is nice to have.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2+) is a must.
- We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, as the role requires frequent interaction with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability to change, a problem-solving mindset, a collaborative spirit, and curiosity to drive innovation.
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
