We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of a complex, multi-phase internal pricing technology initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional delivery across product management, internal engineering teams, vendor developers, regional business groups, and supporting functions (e.g., operations, data, compliance). The Program Manager will lead program planning, execution oversight, status reporting, and governance activities to ensure aligned, scalable delivery across geographies and teams. The Global Pricing Technology Program is a top 8 initiative of the company with broad global and executive exposure.
Role Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Execution
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the global pricing technology program
- Manage multiple parallel workstreams (tech rollout and adoption, data engineering, application/UI, pricing engine, vendor teams)
- Create and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and milestone tracking
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the connective tissue across product management, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor interdependencies between workstreams, teams, and sub-projects.
- Support SDLC process tracking and Jira hygiene in collaboration with product manager and scrum master
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Establish and run program governance structures (e.g., SteerCo, workstream standups) that drive results
- Coordinate executive-level updates, dashboards, and decision-making materials
- Engage with global stakeholder groups (Europe, North America, APAC) and partner teams (e.g., audit, finance, legal, ops).
- Operational & Project Oversight
- Track business requests, pricing modernization efforts, and audit actions tied to the pricing technology domain.
- Ensure clear lines of communication, task ownership, and issue/risk management.
- Manage program-level documentation, budget, resource allocation, decision logs, and reporting structures.
Role Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within enterprise platforms, internal tools, or pricing systems.
- Proven track record coordinating global or cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage up, down, and across.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, project plans, and agile/scrum teams.
- Ability to synthesize complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycle and vendor management preferred.

Salary
The salary range is $95,400 – $140,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
