We are looking for someone who would be part of the Global Agent Data team as a Senior Specialist Business Analysis in Global Operations responsible for agent location data analysis and quality for all WU location globally to enhance our Agent Locator sites and data in Map Publishers, working with multifunctional teams in operation, marketing, technology, compliance and others to improve our customer experience.
Role Responsibilities

Investigation and documentation of address standards and formats in each country to identify error patterns and proactively resolve them.

Revision and resolution of escalations and cases of incorrect Agent Data coming from key stakeholders across the company.

Execution of the Agent Dormancy process. Continuous improvement of Agent data attributes (i.e., invalid location data resulting in misleading customers, incorrect location data reported to regulators, inaccuracies with business reporting and analytics). Ongoing scheduled Agent Data quality assessments.

Troubleshooting incorrect agent data displayed in Agent Locator and other Reporting Tools, Log, track and report on all requests and related projects and initiatives.

Root cause analysis of possible data errors and improvements to the quality of the Agents’ location data attributes.

Alignment with the Data Governance teams to improve the agent data policies and quality standards and adherence.

Redact trainings material for Teams responsible for input of Agent data to address issues up front in the process (e.g. Agent Enrolment, Contract Compliance and Sales Teams).

Reporting of Agent Data Quality metrics for business and operation Teams.

Conduct impact analysis and high-level estimations for solution requests and assist in post implementation analysis.
Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or be an Engineer student and 3 or more years of experience in data-analyst.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills required. Ability to work in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables. Ability to build relationships throughout all levels of the organization. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

Proficiency and background in data analytics, data driven analysis/problem solving and statistics.

Advance user of MS Office suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) VB script/macro experience in Microsoft Excel.

Be able to update processes maps as necessary for reviews, and process improvement projects.

Experience with running presential or virtual meetings, prioritizing, projects coordination, and bringing simple projects to completion.

Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.

Proficiency Snowflake and SQL. Proficiency in MS Power BI and Power Automate. Knowledge in Google API is a plus. Lean certification is a plus.
