As a manager, you will be responsible for implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework. The broad range of responsibilities include leading engineering and configuration teams, partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements. This includes monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management. The role requires leading, managing and growing the platform assigned to the role
Role Responsibilities
This position requires overseeing a team of IT professionals and executing strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery, boosting operational efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction. As the Manager of Technology Operations, I lead the team with a focus on achieving three key responsibilities.
facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the Engineering Team's various SQUADs, emphasizing clear communication, consistent continuous improvement, and transparency. Additionally, will be responsible for measuring the capacity of two SQUADs within the Engineering Team and coaching the Product Team on backlog management and prioritization.
Role Requirements:
Predictive Problem Management
- Total 12+ Years of experience.
- Monitor APIs & Services used by Wallet’s Customer
- Monitor workflows and evaluate use cases on the APP to ensure that any significant anomalies trigger alerts
- Conduct exploratory research to identify opportunities using tools such as Quantum Metrics, Dynatrace, and others
- Evaluate the performance and availability of systems and applications
Reactive Incident Management
- Address incidents (INC) within the team and resolve them effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to the L1 team, including bug fixing and development assistance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
People Manage & Report
- Lead and oversee the technology operations team, offering guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation effectively to optimize team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Guide the team in generating operational reports related to incident management, customer insights, and addressing key detractors.
