Role Responsibilities

• We will be looking for you to work with marketing strategies and tactics, driving acquisition and retention projects across the EU region to meet our customer acquisition and revenue targets. This will mainly be achieved through direct collaboration with media agency and internal stakeholders.

• You will focus on executing paid channel strategy and drive tactical optimizations to achieve conversion goals.

• You will contribute to growth marketing initiatives in the region, ensuring Brand visibility and performance across all funnel stages.

• You will act as a trusted advisor and have a strong understanding of a changing marketing landscape, able to adapt marketing strategies based on GDPR and other consumer privacy requirements.

• This role also requires deep technical knowledge of ad-tech/mar-tech stack and app marketing, including mobile payment methods, mobile product marketing, app channel tracking.

• You will work on objectives and business impact.

• You will collaborate across teams and functions, troubleshooting support, and escalation as needed. Altogether we expect you to role model of the desired culture, values, and behaviors.

Role Requirements

• University degree in relevant field.

• 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or campaign development and implementation (web/app).

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

• You’ll need to have a deep understanding of all Digital Marketing channels, especially – paid search, social, display, online video which will be the key to driving analysis and recommendations to optimize and scale initiatives across the region.

• Proven track record in project management and media optimization.

• Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment and experience in budget management is expected.

• Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is essential as well as strong communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data commercially and be comfortable with managing complex cross-functional projects.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is  2,658 – 4,317  EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
