In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for network infrastructure projects.

• Plan and implement installations, configurations, and updates of new technologies and network equipment in Data Centers and Western Union retail locations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network incidents while recommending improvements.

• Supervise and manage physical network infrastructure: rack installations, patch panels, cabling, connections.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure continuous network operations.

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of Experience: Leading installation and maintenance projects for the Data Center network infrastructure and interconnection to entities, regional offices and connection to the networks of facilities.

• Knowledge and Experience in Technologies and Devices: 

· Switches Cisco IOS & NEXUS.

· Router Cisco IOS 12&15(Licence)

· Firewall Cisco ASA & FTD

· Firewall FortiGate

· FortiAP/FortiSW

· FortiManager

· Load Balancer F5 (LTM/LC)

• Tool Management: Office packages (Word and Excel), project applications and ticket applications such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Education: University's degree related to telecommunications.

• Language: Intermediate English level is required.

• Schedule: Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
