As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales force team in France. We’ll look to you to proactively provide the necessary sales reporting and client support to allow the sales team to prioritize their time on selling and customer contact.
Role Responsibilities
For this role, you’ll utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce extensively. In addition, you will process client refunds, repurchases and collaborate with the investigation team to ensure quick and timely payment resolutions. Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy, you’ll ensure all relevant information is accurate and completed correctly and provide direct client support when needed. You’ll be providing customer support through merchandising and promoting Western Union services, to ensure maximum usage and revenue development.

Role Requirements
- Experience working with customers preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Team player, you can establish effective relationships and partnerships with ease
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Salesforce is a plus)
- You must possess at least a high school degree. A university degree is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the French and English languages
